Mindful Kayaking Retreat in Montreal

Join us for a Mindful Kayaking Adventure, where we’ll combine the joy of being on the water with mindfulness practices to fully embrace the present moment. This guided experience on the Saint-Lawrence River will help you slow down, connect with nature, and enjoy a peaceful paddle. No kayaking experience? No problem! We’ll start with some basic kayaking instructions before heading out for a mindful journey on the water. Throughout the trip, we’ll guide you through various mindfulness techniques to deepen your connection with your surroundings. Bringing your own kayak? While we’ll guide you through the experience, we are not professional instructors or lifeguards. The rental company will provide additional staff and a boat for emergencies.
