Our mission is simple yet profound: to combine mindfulness practices with the healing power of nature, creating experiences that foster well-being, inner peace, and personal growth. Led by Dr. Moire Stevenson, a licensed clinical psychologist, our events focus on helping participants reconnect with what truly matters in life—your values, your passions, and your mental clarity.

We select natural settings that inspire calmness and introspection, from the scenic paths of Mount Royal to the tranquil beauty of SEPAQ parks. Activities are designed with therapeutic principles, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based stress reduction, ensuring they are not only restorative but also evidence-based.
