Join us for a Mindful Kayaking Adventure, where we’ll combine the joy of being on the water with mindfulness practices to fully embrace the present moment. This guided experience on the Saint-Lawrence River will help you slow down, connect with nature, and enjoy a peaceful paddle.

No kayaking experience? No problem! We’ll start with some basic kayaking instructions before heading out for a mindful journey on the water. Throughout the trip, we’ll guide you through various mindfulness techniques to deepen your connection with your surroundings.

🌿 What to Expect:
✅ A guided kayaking experience with mindfulness practices
✅ A chance to slow down, be present, and connect with nature
✅ Basic kayaking instruction before heading out
✅ A peaceful and supportive group atmosphere

📍 Location: NAVI (kayak rental), behind the Natatorium
⏰ Time: Arrive at 10:30 AM, we’ll be on the water from 11 AM – 1 PM
🎟 Cost: Kayak rental included in event fee
💦 What to Bring: Water bottle, sunscreen, hat, and a willingness to get a little wet!
Bringing your own kayak? Register on our website for a $15 fee (bring your own kayak, paddle, and life jacket/PFD).
🚨 Please Note: You kayak at your own risk. While we’ll guide you through the experience, we are not professional instructors or lifeguards. The rental company will provide additional staff and a boat for emergencies. You will be asked to sign a waiver when you arrive at the event.
