Spring Outdoor Meditation and Yoga Retreat

** NEW REDUCED RATE ** Starting at $450/person

At this retreat, we will use nature as a background for learning various therapeutic and mindfulness meditation techniques, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices that you can use in all areas of your life.

The retreat takes place at the stunning Auberge Yoga Salamandre just 1 hour from Montreal and 15 minutes from Bromont.

Led by Dr. Moire Stevenson, Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in mental health and a background in biology and biochemistry, this retreat draws on evidence-based ecotherapy and somatic techniques to create lasting psychological benefit.

  • Hanging out with other mindful folks

  • Practicing mindfulness in a way that is feasible for you to continue when you get back home
