Our events are led by Dr. Moire Stevenson and a team of experienced facilitators trained in mindfulness, ecotherapy, and nature-based interventions. We ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all participants.
No experience is necessary. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, our events are designed to be accessible, gentle, and enriching for everyone.
We recommend bringing:
Weather-appropriate clothing
A water bottle
Comfortable walking shoes
A journal or notepad (optional)

Most of our events proceed rain or shine, as connecting with nature in various conditions is part of the experience. However, in cases of extreme weather where safety is a concern, the event may be rescheduled or canceled, and participants will be notified by email.
Yes. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. In general:
Cancellations made 14 or more days before an event are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior are non-refundable but may be transferable to another event.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or transfers.
