  1. Event Cancellations Due to Inclement Weather
    1.1. In cases of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the event may be rescheduled to a later date or canceled.
    1.2. If the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to:
  • Transfer their reservation to the new event date.
  • Request a full refund (minus administrative fees).
    1.3. If the event is canceled by the organizers and not rescheduled, participants will receive a full refund (minus administrative fees).
  1. Participant Cancellations
    2.1. If a participant chooses to cancel their reservation, they may select one of the following options:
  • Receive a full refund (minus administrative fees).
  • Transfer their reservation to another event of equal value.
  1. Administrative Fees
    3.1. Administrative fees are non-refundable and cover transaction processing and administrative costs.
    3.2. The exact amount of the administrative fee will be disclosed at the time of booking.
  2. Refund Processing
