- Event Cancellations Due to Inclement Weather
1.1. In cases of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the event may be rescheduled to a later date or canceled.
1.2. If the event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to:

- Request a full refund (minus administrative fees).
1.3. If the event is canceled by the organizers and not rescheduled, participants will receive a full refund (minus administrative fees).
