Meeting once every two weeks, this innovative program invites you to meet challenge with curiosity. Through guided climbing experiences and therapeutic reflection, you’ll explore patterns of fear, confidence, focus, and self-trust—discovering new ways to move through both the wall in front of you and the obstacles within.Â
Our sessions are tailored to your needs, ensuring a supportive and collaborative approach. With the guidance of a trained therapist, you'll engage in therapeutic climbing exercises designed to challenge and inspire growth at your own pace.
Whether you're managing anxiety, rebuilding self-confidence, or seeking a unique way to address stress, Climbing Therapy offers a structured and supportive space to explore challenge, build resilience, and strengthen self-trust.
Learn to face obstacles with determination and trust in your abilities.
Strengthen your problem solving skills and develop strategies for overcoming challenges.
Stay present and mindful as you navigate each climb.
After many years working with youth and young people in outdoor education and personal development through outdoor adventure, Molly comes to clinical therapy practice with an experiential and somatic approach.
She completed her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Adventure-Based Therapy through Prescott College. She is a registered naturopath (N.D.) with the Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada and sees clients for counselling with this designation.
Concurrent to her counselling practice, Molly also sees a limited number of psychotherapy clients as a psychotherapy intern under the supervision of Dr. Stevenson. Molly works primarily with clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and patterns of self-harm or other body-based behaviors.
