nWe break our time on the water into two meaningful parts:\n\n\nPart 1: Ski
ll & Confidence Building This is not a rigid kayaking or technical racing l

etely secure and in control of your board.\n\n\nPart 2: Nature & Community
Connection Once you have your sea legs\, we transition from mechanics to mi
ndfulness. We will use the peaceful backdrop of Parc Jean-Drapeau to foster
a deep connection to the natural world and build a supportive community wi
th each other.\n\n\nThis is a space built for you: YOU set the pace. Ther
e are no races\, no expectations\, and absolutely no pressure. If you want
to sit\, kneel\, or float the entire time\, that is exactly what you should
do. \nWe're proud to cultivate a safe and welcoming learning environment
that is: \n\n\nSafe & Supportive: We prioritize your physical safety and e
motional comfort from start to finish.\n\n\nNon-Competitive: Success is mea
sured entirely by your own sense of well-being\, not how fast you move.\n\n
\nNon-Judgmental: A warm space where mistakes are just part of the fun and
everyone is learning together.\n\n\nMeet Your Guide: Molly Mosenthal\nYou w
ill be in incredibly capable hands. This workshop is designed and led by Mo
lly Mosenthal\, a clinical mental health counselor\, outdoor educator\, and
professional outdoor guide.\nMolly’s deep personal connection with the n

mental health expertise with outdoor leadership to create a supportive and
